Yes, Vascarta has demonstrated that Vasporta™ technology delivers compounds ranging from botanicals to chemotherapeutics.

No, we believe the linker chemistry technology will have applicability for many additional cancer types, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, throat cancer, bladder cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, etc. Moreover, we suspect the linker chemistry may have benefits in conditions beyond cancer such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Initial research results show that the novel compound STO-2, which links the proven anti-cancer therapeutic Gemzar® (Gemcitabine) with curcumin, can be effectively delivered via Vasporta™, a more convenient delivery method versus injection or infusion.
Based on solubility assessments, we believe many other novel, linked, anti-cancer molecules can be delivered transdermally via Vasporta™.
